At Blushytopin, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return process. Please review our return policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning items purchased from https://blushytopin.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, or unused) with all original tags, packaging, and accessories still attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Non-returnable items: Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as:
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, cosmetics)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless specified)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Prepare Your Package: Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the items you wish to return, including any tags, labels, and packaging. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship the Return: Send the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned items, we will process your return within 5-7 business days. If your return is approved, you will receive:
- A refund to your original method of payment for the item(s) returned.
- An exchange for the same or different item(s) based on availability (if requested).
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The items must be in unused and unopened condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Clothing and apparel must not show signs of wear, including odors, stains, or alterations.
- Footwear must be returned with the original box in the same condition it was received.
Blushytopin reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that are returned outside of the 30-day return window.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Please note that the following charges are non-refundable:
- Shipping fees: The cost of shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Blushytopin (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Handling fees: Any processing or handling fees incurred during your purchase may not be refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your return is approved, we will issue an exchange for the same or an equivalent item (subject to availability). Please note that any price difference between the returned and exchanged item will either be refunded or charged to you, as applicable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Refund Processing Time

8. Late Returns
Items returned after the 30-day return window may be eligible for store credit at Blushytopin’s discretion. Items returned more than 60 days after the original purchase are not eligible for a return or refund.
9. International Returns
If you are returning items from outside the United States, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. Please note that international returns may take longer to process.
